Our Dance Program for adults is designed for dancers at all levels who have an interest in movement and increasing conditioning, flexibility, and muscular strength. Benefits of dance training include improvements in posture, gracefulness, overall body awareness and often stress reduction!

Beginning/Intermediate Ballet
Learn introductory ballet vocabulary, technique, and movements as you develop body awareness, flexibility and grace. No experience required!

Preparation for Pointe
For the intermediate student, this class concentrates on developing proper strength and alignment for pointe. Ballet shoes used at first.

Salsa
An energetic dance with Afro-Latin rhythms.
FEE: $468* yearly tuition, payable in quarterly installments of $117
per nine--week quarter. For students enrolled in individual lessons at Hochstein, tuition is $342 for one dance class, payable in quarterly installments of $85.50. For students
taking 3 dance classes, a 25% discount will apply to the 3rd
class.
