Adult Ballet
This beginners class concentrates on developing proper Ballet technique, moving through the barre, center footwork, and across the floor. Learn introductory ballet vocabulary, technique, and movements as you develop body awareness, flexibility and grace. No experience required!

Dance for Wellness
Be well! Decompress after a long day with yoga-based warm ups and a cool down with introductory dance phrase work that will improve coordination, flexibility, strength, and kinesthetic intelligence.
